Bicycle fitting is for everyone !

A bicycle fit can be simple, fast, informal, and free, or complex, lengthy, precise and relatively costly. The average cyclist does not need a race fit focused on optimization of the cyclists race performance.

Paul's offers a full range of fitting services. Even if you have no plans to compete, you might benefit greatly from a basic fitting session. Recreational cyclists and commuters find a great improvement in comfort after a careful review of fit and appropriate adjustments to seat position, seat hight, bar position and widthe, etc. We are happy to make fit adjustments for new bike customers, and these can often be performed free or for very modest amounts depending on the nature of the changes required.

Fit adjustments can also reduce muscle strains and other physical problems. So, ask to be fitted. We won't ask you to pay hundreds of dollars for a race fit if what you need is only a basic comfort fit. You'll get the best fit if its done by a shop that listens to your priorities for fit and comfort and performs the most appropriate level of fitting.
