Bike Rentals

Plan Your Next Cycling Adventure

All bicycle rentals are available exclusively at our downtown shop location at 556 Charnelton Street. It is conveniently located just three minutes from the Willamette River bike path. If you’d like to leave your motor vehicle for the day, we have free parking in the gravel lot behind our shop!

Our biggest expense in offering rentals is the time required for paperwork and proper fitting; as such, “first day” rates include the cost of setup and keeping the bicycle until closing time on the same day as setup. To encourage customers to enjoy riding as long as they like, additional days are available at about 1/2 the cost of the first day.

We typically have cycling maps of the city available, and the river path is very close by. Further navigation is easy with google maps on a smartphone. Flat repair kits, water bottles, nutritional supplements, and lights are available for purchase. Our friendly staff are happy to offer advice on some of the best routes in our area from short to long, flat to hilly, paved or not!

You can find some suggestions for road and mountain bike routes on our "Local Rides and Events" page here

Note: Our Alder street location does NOT provide rentals and does not accept rental returns.

Reserve Your Bike

While we do accept walk-ins, reserving your bike online ahead of time is the best way to ensure that we have a bike ready for you in the correct size and style as soon as you arrive at our shop.

All rentals include helmets and U-locks at no additional charge.

All road and touring bikes include:

  • Customer’s choice of Shimano SPD or SPD-SL clipless pedals, or traditional pedals, with or without toe cages.
  • Water bottle cages.

If you rent a bike and decide that you can’t live without it, we’ll gladly put your rental fee towards the purchase of a new bike. Take home a new bicycle within 30 days of your bike rental and we’ll credit you up to one week’s worth of rental fees!
